NUML Journal of Critical Inquiry, a scholarly research publication approved by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, published by the National University of Modern Languages Press Islamabad, Pakistan. The agreement to publish is contingent upon fulfillment of the following terms and conditions.
The author declares that the paper is the author’s original work, not submitted to or previously published in any other journal/conference proceedings, and that he or she has legal rights to offer it for publication and to use all parts of the paper/contribution including figures, graphs, tables and representations.
All the articles editorially accepted for publication by NUML JCI are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-commercial License 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). Submitting a manuscript to NUML JCI, the author has to certify that he/ she is authorized by other contributors (s) and co-author (s) to enter the publication process. It allows reproduction, distribution, derives and non-commercial use, provided the original work is cited and authors and publisher are properly identified.
The author contributing in NUML Journal of Critical Inquiry reserves all rights, title, including all copyright, in and to the paper/contribution in Pakistan and around the world. This copyright includes worldwide publication of the articles, distribution and reprints in all languages, forms and media.
The author warrants that the paper contains no material that is defamatory, libelous, and unlawful or infringes the copyright or other legal rights of others. If the paper contains any material which requires written permission for inclusion, such will be obtained by the author at his/her expense.
The author agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the NUML Journal of Critical Inquiry from any damage and expense (all inclusive) that may happen as violation of any of the warranties stated above.
The NUML Journal of Critical Inquiry grants the author a non-exclusive license, subject to giving proper credit, reference/citation to the original publication of the paper/contribution in NUML Journal of Critical Inquiry.
The author/s declare that they have not falsified/fabricated the data used or produced in publishing this manuscript/ article.
If the paper is not published for any reason, this agreement shall become null and void.
